50 LIVE KOI FISH FOR YOUR KOI POND. THESE KOI ARE 4"-6" IN SIZE AND ARE MIX FINS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PHOTO IS A RANDOM SAMPLE OF SOME OF THE KOI YOU MAY RECIEVE. THEY WILL BE SIMILAR IN VARIETY BUT NOT THE SAME. FOR SPECIAL REQUESTS ON CERTAIN TYPES/COLOR PATTERNS, PLEASE INQUIRE.

· Orders are shipped out on the Monday after payment is received unless otherwise arranged with us.

SHIPPING

· We Guarantee that the animals will be shipped safely and provide overnight shipping.

· We package our fish using cycled water, pure oxygen and double-up 3 mil poly bags

· Due to some very active species, some fish may be tranquilized and appear sluggish. Please introduce them to fresh water if they have gill movement.

· Tracking No.’s shall be automatically received when using PayPal or upon request.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

· Please buy with confidence that you will receive your fish alive and healthy. However, in the event that your fish are DOA, a digital picture of the deceased fish inside the original bag and packaging will need to be sent to on the day that shipment is received. All legitimate DOA claims will be replaced or the cost of the fish will be refunded. We are not responsible for shipping payments on DOAs or replacements.

· We do not and will not knowingly ship fish into a restricted area.
