All Pictures are taken under 400w 14K Hamilton Mh Lights, no photos are ever altered or modified no antic lights are used.

PLEASE NOTE THE LIGHTS BEING USED, YOUR LIGHTING SYSTEM HAS A BIG PART IN THE WAY CORALS LOOK.

Pictures are taken using an Olympus Stylus 710 with underwater casing.

SHIPPING / PICK UP

All orders are shipped the Wednesday after the Auction ends for Thursday Delivery

Will ship via UPS Nextday Air only (which should arrive before 10:30am local time) and all corals have a LIVE ON ARRIVAL GUARANTEE.

I will not ship by any other means, please know that our best interest is in the animal and making sure it arrives to you safe and healthy.

There is a $0.00 charge for Styrofoam box that includes an ice pack or heat pack if needed. All packages are sent with signature required for release.

All guarantees are voided if not present for first delivery attempt.

Coral Reef Enthusiast will not make them selfs responsible for any shipping problem, it will be your responsibility to open a claim with the shipping company.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $250.00

Local Pick up is accepted with appointment only and have to be picked up with in one week of auction ending.

If auctions are NOT PICKED UP AND PAID FOR with in one week they will be reacutioned.

There is a $5.00 pick up fee per item won up to $15.00 dollars.

Items cannot be combined from one week to the next, pick up fees are per week.

PAYMENT

The Preferred and only form of payment we accept is PAYPAL or CASH at PickUp.

Payment must be made no later than the following Tuesday after Auction ends so these can be shipped on Wednesday.

ALL AUCTIONS NOT PAID FOR BY TUESDAY WILL BE RE-AUCTIONED OFF.

None Paying Bidders will be band from all future auctions.

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT UNTIL YOU RECEIVE AN INVOICE.

We guarantee LIVE ON ARRIVAL on all livestock shipped next day/overnight only.

All guarantee's are voided if not present for first delivery attempt.

DEAD ON ARRIVAL: For any dead specimen please email us a clear picture with in one hour of receipt. Once we receive the picture we will issue a credit to you for the full purchased price of the item/s, excluding shipping costs. This credit will be automatically applied to any future purchases.
